What is the minimum rental for unlimited mileage?
Unlimited mileage requires a minimum rental of three days. For shorter periods, a limited mileage allowance is assigned based on the vehicle category. Two drivers are included at no extra cost.
What requirements do I need to rent?
You need a valid driver's license (national or international), passport or ID, a credit card as guarantee, and be at least 25 years old. For national companies, a purchase order plus cash deposit is also accepted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, cash (for deliveries in Puerto Natales), and bank transfers. We work with Chilean Pesos, Argentine Pesos, US Dollars, and Euros. Payment is made before the trip or upon receiving the vehicle. All prices include 19% VAT.
Can I travel to Argentina with the vehicle?
Yes, we offer a permit and insurance for trips to Argentina for $90,000 CLP. This service must be arranged in advance at the time of booking.
What does the vehicle damage insurance cover?
Insurance includes collision coverage (USD $850 + VAT) and rollover coverage (up to USD $2,000 + tax). Glass and tire coverage are available as add-ons ($10,000 CLP/day each). Mechanical damage without collision is not covered.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations with surcharges are non-refundable but can be used on another date. Online payments are non-refundable if the client doesn't show up or returns the vehicle early. If the reserved vehicle is unavailable, we find an alternative or issue a refund.

Minimum Rental & Mileage
The minimum rental for unlimited mileage must be equal to or greater than three days. For shorter periods, the service is activated with assigned mileage according to the vehicle category.
Two drivers are included at no additional cost per rental.
